Services Provided

Coastal Yacht Protection provides marine protection film installation, interior protection, marine detailing, and ceramic coating services for recreational vessels.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are estimates based on information provided
Final pricing may vary based on actual vessel condition and requirements
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified

Scheduling and Service

Scheduling: Services are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Access: Customer must provide reasonable access to the vessel and work area.

Site Conditions: Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate power supply and safe working conditions at the service location.

Payment Terms

Deposit may be required to schedule services
Final payment due upon completion unless other arrangements are made
Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Check, Bank Transfer

Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship: We warrant our installation workmanship against defects for 1 year.

Materials: Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer (Yacht Armor) and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage from impact, abuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for:

Damage to vessel from unforeseen conditions
Delays due to weather or circumstances beyond our control
Consequential or indirect damages

Cancellation Policy

48-hour notice required for cancellations
Deposits may be non-refundable for same-day cancellations
Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional charge

Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate vessel information
Ensure vessel is clean and accessible for service
Disclose any known issues with vessel surfaces
Follow maintenance instructions provided

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images and descriptions, is owned by Coastal Yacht Protection and protected by copyright.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
